The Secret Palace Guest House is perfect for nature enthusiasts like myself. The location allows for easy access to local beach towns, and the bus station is conveniently close. The room was small but clean and comfortable, with a mini bar for added convenience. The highlight for me was the gorgeous bathroom, although there were some ants. The breakfast was fabulous, especially the delicious smoothie bowls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.
I felt cared for throughout my stay and had no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a guest house in a small alley within the fort and I can confidently say that it was one of the best stays I've had in Sri Lanka. The hotel was tucked away in a quiet area, providing a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and their attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the comfortable beds, everything was well-maintained and provided a great value for money. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered big portions and a variety of options to choose from.
There was absolutely nothing that could be improved at this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing with big portions, I liked it. Very pleasant and supper friendly staff who were always there to help. Location: the hotel was close enough to a last minute transport, the Light house and fort, and sightseeing places and many good restaurants.

Overall had GREAT stay on holidays. The check in was speedy, the staff was lovely. The location was great, within walking distance of historic fortress. The area was fairly nice very close to the centre of the Galle fort near all the eating places, and all attractions.

Great accommodation with fantastic setting just next door to all the eating places and the ramparts, the centre of the fort and the center. Kind, nice people working here. Airy, quiet rooms provided with the fan, toiletries, as example. Really convenient base for one night.

This hotel is a hidden gem inside the fort - a perfect location! The rooms are spacious, with a big bed and a mosquito net. The balcony offers a great view of the surrounding area. The breakfast portions are huge and delicious.
